The Moment Of 12 Midnight On New Years Day Is Perfect! Then, 12:04 Happens. EVERYBODY WANTS TO CHANGE It is expected that 90 million Americans make New Year’s Resolutions. It is expected that 75% abandon them by February. WHY? They Focus On The External Behaviors. They Forget About Inner Character. They Neglect The Voice Of God. For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
